Unsere Liebe Frau pilgrimage church

In the heyday of pilgrimages (in the 17th and early 18th century), several thousand people made the journey to Werthenstein every year to ask for courage, comfort, hope and healing. The Franciscans have recorded signs of over 400 miracles. The spring on the route to the pilgrimage church, which was first mentioned in 1636, is still also very popular today.
